This Privacy Policy explains our policy regarding the collection and use of your information within the application and all other provided services. As we update our products and services, this policy may change, so please refer back to it often, in order to keep up to date with the latest changes and amendments. By using our apps, you consent to our information practices and all other associated practices within the app.
What information do we collect?

We make use of Microsoft’s own provided analytics service in order to track app usage and the number of acquisitions by users using the app/service involved. We use this to determine what regions/languages we should focus on and target within the future, and also to determine the overall health of our apps and or services, which will be in the form of crash reports, and also usage reports in order to determine faults or issues which may have occurred within the app/services while in use by the user. This information will be used to determine crashes, events and failures within the app/service, so that we may identify future fixes and/or solutions for the issue in future updates. Information collected will also allow and help us to review what regions and markets the app/service is being used in, in order to simply track usage data.

Users location may also be accessed and used in order for advertisements in use by the associated ad services with this app, in order to correctly advertise towards a direct and correct/relevant market, to ensure that only relevant advertisements and/or ads are displayed to the user within the application.

Error reporting data and app analytics data is collected for app and quality improvements.
What information do we Store?

Currently the only information/data stored by the application is data and information regarding the application, such as in the form of user scores and High scores, so that it may be accessed when the application is closed, and then reopened for use again by the user.
Third parties

Microsoft PubCenter and Microsoft affiliate ads service/ windows ads mediation is used for advertisements within the app, as well as adduplex services, in order to show and display advertisements to users of the app. (Please refer to their sites/policies for more information.)

Microsoft own analytics service for developers is used in order to collect and make use of information and data stored by user’s devices for things such as app crashes and/or failures, for the information/data to then be used for future updates and/or solutions for these issues within the app.

We do not directly share user’s information or data with any other third party company or services.
What we can additionally access inside of the application or service

The app itself will also be able to access and make use of the user’s web browser on their mobile/device/PC, in order to redirect them to a link or webpage/store page mentioned or advertised within the app. It will not however be able to access and store user data such as cookies, history and all other forms of data stored by the browser which may be deemed private to the user.
Your Consent
By making using of and/or downloading our app, you consent to and accept our terms regarding the apps/services privacy policy. If you do not consent or agree within the future, you will then be required to uninstall the application and/or any associated services, or your consent will continue, and you will continue to consent to all associated policies including this privacy policy of the application/services.
